BLOWING ROCK COUNTRY CLUB

Coordinated construction projects consisting of:

Tee & bunker renovations  -  Irrigation upgrades & new installation

Cart path renovations  -  Pond restorations

 

Worked closely with Golf Course Architect Kris Spence in creating a long-  range comprehensive Golf Course Master Plan

 

Initiated a property-wide tree inventory and survey addressing immediate   safety and health concerns, as well as the long-term preservation of specimen   trees

 

Established nursery areas for all playing surfaces

 

 

OAKLAND HILLS COUNTRY CLUB

Coordinated course maintenance and construction activities during a $2M Rees Jones renovation  (Work performed by McDonald & Sons)

 

Supervised construction and grow-in of a short game practice area designed by Arthur Hills (Work performed by Landscapes Unlimited)

 

Provided support during installation of two $1 million+ Toro irrigation systems  
(Work performed by A.S. Altum & Liebold Irrigation)

 

Managed renovation of existing Poa annua practice green to test playability and performance of new Bentgrass varieties

 

Installed extensive sub-surface drainage
